1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Android applications published by NexDevLab and to the NexDevLab website at nexdevlab.web.app. NexDevLab is an independent app studio operated by Aidid Alam in Bangladesh.

2. Information we handle

Information you provide

If you email NexDevLab for help or feedback, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, device or app details you choose to share, and the content of your request.

Information handled by an app

Depending on its purpose, an app may process information you enter, app settings, or device information needed to provide its features. NexDevLab aims to keep this processing limited to what the app needs. The relevant app listing will explain whether data stays on your device, is sent to a service, or is shared.

Technical information

Some apps may use diagnostic information such as app version, device type, operating system version, crash data, and performance data to identify problems and improve reliability. This website does not currently use advertising cookies or a visitor analytics tool. Firebase Hosting may process standard server logs for security and service operation.

3. How information is used

NexDevLab may use information to:

• provide and maintain app features;
• respond to support requests and feedback;
• diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms; and
• communicate important changes to an app or this policy.

NexDevLab does not sell personal information. Data is not used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate notice or permission.

4. Service providers and third parties

Apps may rely on third-party services for distribution, hosting, diagnostics, authentication, advertising, or other clearly described features. These services process information under their own privacy policies. When used by a particular app, the applicable services will be identified in that app’s disclosures. They may include:

• Google Play services for app distribution and platform features;
• Google Firebase for hosting, diagnostics, or backend services; and
• Google AdMob if an app clearly states that it contains advertising.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect NexDevLab’s rights.

5. Your choices and data requests

You can control app permissions through Android settings, stop further app data collection by uninstalling an app, and use any deletion or account controls provided inside the app. You may also contact NexDevLab to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with you.

To protect users, identity or ownership may need to be verified before a request is completed. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or essential recordkeeping.

6. Children’s privacy

Unless an app is specifically presented as designed for children, NexDevLab apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. NexDevLab does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact NexDevLab so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

7. Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy laws in those countries may differ. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as apps and legal requirements change. The new version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the relevant app or store listing.
